Shipping Policy

Below are some answers to frequently asked shipping questions. If you have any questions feel free to contact us prior to ordering.

Post Office Boxes: We do not ship to PO box addresses.

In-Stock Items: Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped within 48 hours once your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. In-Stock items that are ordered before 1:00 pm E.S.T Monday - Friday are shipped with UPS and processed within 48 hours. In stock orders placed on the weekend are processed on Monday. Next day air shipments shipping Friday will arrive on Monday. UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday a business day when calculating transit times. Items over 150 lbs. may take extra time to prepare for shipment. Delivery time is in business days and is only an estimate that is subject to change due to weather, shipper availability, or other factors.

Out of Stock Items: You will be notified if an item is on backorder within 24 hours of placing your order.

Credit Card Authorization: We authorize and charge credit cards when orders are placed.

Drop Shipping: We stock most items we sell, however we do drop ship from manufacturers when necessary to expedite the shipping process. This allows us to provide quicker shipments with more control over of the shipping and tracking of your order. Our distributors typically drop ship items to customers within 5-10 business days. Your order may be shipped using UPS Ground, FedEx Freight, XPO Logistics, old Dominion, & Dohrn.

Shipping Notification: When your order ships, we will let you know, along with any relevant tracking information, via email.

Refund Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are refunded if we ship an incorrect product, or a product was damaged during shipping. If we re-ship a product in these cases, there will be no second shipping charge. We do not refund shipping charges or send return labels for online orders placed in error or where incorrect parts were selected.

Handling Fees: Our shipping charges are based on weight and rates directly from UPS. If the actual shipping charges for your order are higher for any reason, you will be contacted prior to the order being billed or shipped.

Shipping & Transit Times

We ship most of our US shipments using UPS. Below are the transit times for in stock orders. Your order may ship UPS Ground, FedEx Freight, XPO Logistics, Old Dominion, & Dohrn if it is shipped directly from the manufacturer. UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday a business day for transit times.

UPS Ground: Delivery in 1–5 business days (3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii) based on distance to destination. Delivery by end of business day. Available to business address in all 50 states. Please use expedited shipping if time is a factor. Below is a map with typical UPS Ground transit times for in stock order shipping from our warehouse in Kenosha, WI.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery by the end of the second business day, UPS does not consider Saturday or Sunday a business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. Note: For orders placed during the weekend, in stock order will ship on Monday and arrive Wednesday.

UPS Next Day Air: Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination. Note: For in stock orders placed during the weekend, they will ship on Monday and arrive Tuesday.

UPS Worldwide Expedited: Your order is delivered within 3-5 business days. (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed. Note: No UPS brokerage fee.

UPS Worldwide Express: Your order is delivered to the shipping address 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed. Note: No UPS brokerage fee.

USPS Priority Mail International: Your order is delivered to the shipping address 10-14 business days (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed. Shipping times are not guaranteed and are only estimates.

USPS Express Mail International: Your order is delivered to the shipping address 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed. Shipping times are not guaranteed and are only estimates.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualified items that are shipped using standard ground to residential and commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Free shipping is not available on international, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO orders. Items that quality for free shipping have a free shipping icon on them and the following will be displayed in your shopping cart 'Item Qualifies for Free Ground Shipping'.

Please Note: The shipping method for items that ship for free will be selected by Kenosha Truck Parts. Generally, Free Shipping orders will be delivered via UPS Ground, FedEx Freight, XPO Logistics, Old Dominion, & Dohrn. Orders shipped directly from manufacturers typically ship within 5-10 business days and may ship via another carrier. Kenosha Truck Parts reserves the right to end or change this Free Shipping offer at any time.

FAQ on Free Shipping:

Q. My order includes items that ship for free, and some items that do not ship for free, am I charged for shipping?

A. You are only charged shipping for items that do NOT qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping

International customers are subject to additional shipping and handling fees as well as taxes that may be applicable to their order. These charges are not included in your total, and will be collected upon delivery by carrier.

UPS to Canada: UPS does charge a brokerage fee for UPS standard shipments to Canada. These fees are not included in the online rates on our web site.

Tariffs and Customs: We cannot be responsible for any tariffs, customs restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. We encourage you to speak with your customs office if you have any questions.

Illegal Items: Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "illegal to import."

Seized Items: If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "unclaimed."

Custom Duty, Tax and Brokerage Fees: The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes or brokerage fees that may apply. You can contact your customs office for current rates.
